Casual visits welcome for all classes but bookings are essential to secure a place, spaces are limited so that personal attention is maintained (no casual drop-ins). Bookings can be done via email up to 36 hours before the given class, simply state the class time and day you wish to attend. A courtesy reminder of your booking is given via email the day prior to the given class, so it’s best to check your inbox on this day to ensure your booking has been confirmed. This is also done to minimise last minute cancellations subject to the policy below.
We have a 48hr cancellation policy. A full refund will be issued 48hrs before the scheduled class, workshop or event. No refunds will be issued after the 48hr period unless there is a medical emergency. Note: Some events and courses may have special Cancellation Policies, please make sure that you read entire listing.
Payment must be made prior to participation, either in cash at the beginning of class or before class via direct internet banking transfer. Please note personal cheques are not accepted. All Go Yoga classes are held at 35 Sturt Rd Brighton SA 5046. Please contact us to book a class or for other enquiries.

- Tuesday 10:45am: Beginners Vinyasa class, 60 minutes *** Book by Sunday each week.
- Wednesday 5:45pm: Jivamukti Yoga open class, 75 minutes. Book by Monday each week.
- Thursday 5:30pm: Beginners Vinyasa class, 60 minutes *** Book by Tuesday each week.
- Friday 12:30pm: Gentle Hatha Yoga, 50 minutes ***Book by Wednesday.
- Saturday 12:30pm: Beginners Vinyasa class, 60 minutes *** Book by Thursday each week.
- Sunday 9am: Spiritual Warrior, 70 mins. ***Book by Friday each week.

Book a Session
One-hour classes, workshops and weekly courses for private students, small groups or corporations (e.g yoga in the workplace, sporting clubs) can be booked during the following times:
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 11am-5pm
- Tuesdays and Sundays 12 noon-3pm
Classes are subject to cancellation.
