"The pre natal yoga course run by Jacqueline Teusner is fantastic and, since I have done it twice now, I would highly recommend it! Jackie creates a beautiful connection between baby, body and yoga practice. All yoga moves incorporate baby, continuing to create the loving bond, whilst preparing and supporting the body for the changes to incorporate growth for baby as well as birth by focussing on strengthening exercises, breath and relaxation. I experienced a wonderful sense of trust in my body as birth approached and a beautiful bond with my baby with each practice.
